When opening a trouble ticket, please be ready to tell us:

  • Your LNV site name (i.e., your school name, or agency office and location)
  • If using a Polycom or other terminal, the LNV number of the terminal
  • Your name and email address
  • The trouble ticket web site may also request other information depending on the topic of your issue.
